AlphaSteel Refund Window: How the 60-Day Guarantee Works
The AlphaSteel guarantee is 60 days from delivery, and it belongs to the maker, not to this guide. We can tell you what it covers and how buyers use it. We cannot approve a refund, chase one for you or see your order.
What the window covers
- Orders placed on the maker's own ordering page, on any pack size.
- Opened bottles. A guarantee that only covered sealed product would be worthless in this category.
- The purchase price of the product itself.

- Requests made after the window closes.
- Return postage in most cases, and shipping charges already paid, unless the maker's own terms say otherwise on the day you order.
How buyers use it
Keep the AlphaSteel confirmation email; it carries the order reference that makes everything else quick. Email the support address on that confirmation inside the 60 days, quote the reference, say plainly that you are requesting a refund under the guarantee, and ask for return instructions before sending anything back. If you get no reply, escalate in writing rather than by phone so you keep a record, and if it still stalls, your card issuer is the backstop. When to start the clock
The 60 days run from delivery, not from the day the order was placed, so a slow parcel does not eat the window.
